
In the first part of the 3-hour Kitchen Workshop, the participants will enter the kitchen with Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef and learn how to prepare fresh pasta and different sauces.
Participants will plan the plates they will prepare with their colleagues in the first half-hour. Then they will be preparing meals for their colleagues in groups. At this stage, team spirit and empathy concepts will be supported within the framework of the approach established by the instructor. At the end of the Kitchen Workshop, they will taste the pasta they prepared for each other in the restaurant environment and then attend the "Effective Communication: Understanding and Expressing" training.
