Hukuk Dili ve Terminolojisi Kursu

Hukuk dili, gerek söz varlığı ve terminolojisi gerekse söz dizimsel özellikleri itibariyle yazı dilinin en ağır, en karmaşık ve en anlaşılması zor versiyonunu oluşturmaktadır. Dolayısıyla uzman olmayanlar için bu dilin kullanılması, algılanması ve yorumlanması oldukça zordur.

Bu dile ingilizce olarak da hakim olmak ve uluslararası alanlarda kendini ifade etmek isteyenleri bekliyoruz. 

Legal Language and Terminology Course

Legal language constitutes the heaviest, most complex, and most hard-to-understand version of the written language in terms of its lexicon, terminology, and syntactic properties. Therefore, ,it is difficult for non-experts to use, comprehend, or interpret this language.

If you want to master this language in English and express yourself in the international arena, we invite you to our Legal Language and Terminology Course. 

Kursun Amacı:

- Hukukta kullanılan terminolojinin kapsamını ve yapısını açıklamak

- Şirketler Hukukunun anlamını açıklamak ve temel sözleşmelerin oluşumunda yer alan süreçleri tanımlamak

- Eşya Hukukunun anlamını ve süreçlerini açıklamak

- Vasiyetnameler ile ilgili genel hükümleri ve süreçleri araştırmak ve açıklamak

- Aile, İflas ve Sigorta Hukuku alanlarıyla ilgili yasal terminolojiyi tanımlamak ve açıklamak.

Course Aims:

-       Explain the scope and nature of terminology used in law.

-       Explain the meaning of Business Law and describe the processes involved in the formation of simple contracts

-       Explain the meaning of property law and its processes.

-       Research and explain common terms and processes related to wills.

-       Describe and investigate legal terminology associated with the areas of Family Law, Bankruptcy and Insurance

Derslerimiz, 12 Nisan 2021 - 5 Temmuz 2021 tarihleri arasında  ve Zoom  platformu üzerinden gerçekleşecektir.

This course will be between April 12, 2021 - July 5, 2021 and via the Zoom platform.
