
In today's business world where competition is fierce and being an entrepreneurial institution takes on ever more importance each passing day, the program will open up the following questions for a discussion:
· * How are innovation activities performed and built upon solid foundations?
· * What mechanisms should be employed within/outside of the organization?
· * How should we approach to innovation projects?
A full-fledged program awaits you. In addition to in-depth discussions on current affairs and informative topics, the program will offer theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, with prominent innovation leaders sharing their experiences on a given topic every week.
Employees at the innovation departments of organizations, people who manage/will manage organizational/innovation and entrepreneurial activities, Business Development Directors, people who are interested in entrepreneurship and innovation and aspire to further expand their knowledge in these areas.

Participants are expected to spare a total of 60 hours for the training sessions, workshops, and talks (a total of 8 weeks, with 3 hours per week for theoretical training, 3 hours per week for workshops, and 1.5 hours per week for talks).
Participation: Training and talks will be held live/synchronously online via Zoom. All synchronous classes will be recorded and available for access during the program to re-watch or make up for missed classes.
Program Completion: In order to successfully complete the program and qualify for a certificate of participation, participants must complete all of the weekly exercises and assignments and attend at least 75% of all synchronous classes live online. Instructor support and feedback will be available for weekly assignments.
