Dr. Esra Paça

Esra Paca holds a PhD in Organisation, Work and Technology from Lancaster University Management School (2022) and is an Assistant Professor of Organisation Studies at Ozyegin University Business School. Her main area of research lies in studying organizational processes from a Jungian psychosocial perspective. She has been working on several research projects, contributing to the organization, gender, critical management, social movement, entrepreneurship and business ethics studies.
