Payment Methods



Upfront Payment via Debit or Credit Card

Pre-registration for the relevant training program is made on the application page on our website. Afterwards, payment is made by any debit or credit card via the link in the e-mail sent to you until the last payment date.


           Payment by Credit Card;

  • 4 installments will be offered for transactions with Bonus-featured Credit Cards of the banks that are members of the Bonus. Transactions made using Commercial Credit Cards and BonusPuan are not included in the 4 installments offer.
  • In transactions with Vakıfbank and Yapı Kredi Bank World Card Personal Credit Cards, 2 installments will be offered with the opportunity of +2 installments. Transactions made using Vakıfbank and Yapı Kredi Bank Commercial Cards and WorldPuan are not included in the campaign.
  • 2 installments will be offered for transactions made with CardFinans Retail Credit Cards and Cardfinans Fix. Transactions made using CardFinans Nakit cards, Enpara cards and ParaPuan are not included in the 2 installments offer.
  • 2 installments will be offered in installment transactions to be made with HSBC Advantage Retail Credit Cards. Transactions made using HSBC Commercial Cards and Advantage CashPoint are not included in the 2 installment offer.

Installment by Overdraft Account;

Fibabanka's "Overdraft Account" (KMH) payment method: the payment of the tuition fee is completed until the end of the training period and the installments can be made as a result of the bank's evaluation.

Upfront Payment by Money Order /EFT

For the relevant training program, pre-registration is made on the application page in sea.ozyegin.edu.tr. Afterwards, payment can be made by transferring / EFT until the last payment date with the IBAN information included in the e-mail sent to you. The payment will be processed after the receipt reaches us during working hours.

Upfront Payment at Bank Branches

For the relevant training program, pre-registration is made on the application page in sea.ozyegin.edu.tr. Afterwards, payment can be made by going to any Fibabanka branch until the payment due date with the IBAN information included in the e-mail sent to you. The payment will be processed after the receipt reaches us during working hours.

Data Protection and Processing

All information received during training registration via sea.ozyegin.edu.tr is used to convey information, promotion and announcements regarding user approval.

VAT information

The periodic VAT rate applied in educational service purchases is 1%. If the rate changes, the VAT difference will be invoiced separately.


Refund Conditions


Refund requests must be submitted in writing to surekliegitim@ozyegin.edu.tr until 15:00 on the working day before the deadline for application.

** After the deadline, a 25% deduction will be applied from the total tuition fee for cancellation requests received before the start of live classes. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after live classes have started.

Refund requests are made within 15 working days after the request is notified in writing.

Credit card refunds are made directly to the credit card.

For the refund of the payments made by wire transfer or EFT, the NAME, SURNAME, BANK NAME, IBAN NUMBER of the account holder must be sent to the address surekliegitim@ozyegin.edu.tr.

Özyeğin University Continuing Education Academy is not responsible for fluctuations in the repayment of payments made in foreign currency due to exchange rate differences.
