Legal Language and Terminology (Legal English)

Course Aims

Legal language constitutes the heaviest, most complex, and most challenging-to-understand version of the written language, both in terms of its vocabulary, terminology, and syntactic features. Therefore, it is tough for non-experts to use, perceive, and interpret this language.

We welcome those who want to master this language in English and express themselves in international arenas.

• Explain the scope and structure of terminology used in law
• Explain the meaning of Company Law and describe the processes involved in the formation of basic contracts
• Explaining the meaning and methods of Property Law
• Research and explain general provisions and procedures regarding wills
• To define and explain legal terminology related to Family, Bankruptcy, and Insurance Law.
