Customer Experience School
Course Content
Within the scope of Customer Experience School, for sectors, This unique program has been created by taking into account the following items, with the contributions of our relevant professors from our Business and Architecture-Design Faculties and our Political Science professors who also study cultural anthropology and similar subjects from a business perspective due to international targets.
- Understanding what the customer pays attention to while shopping and with what thoughts and psychology he experiences shopping,
- Conducting field studies that increase experience,
- Concentrating on determining the product to be sold and understanding customer demands,
- On-site workshop with designated stores and audiences; Observing shopping experiences with customers,
- Communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and turning this into an action plan,
- To observe, analyze, and interpret consumer behavior from a sociological and psychological perspective.
