Whether you’re an established ELT manager seeking to refine your skills or an aspiring leader preparing to step into a management position, this program is tailored to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed.
What Will You Achieve by the End of the Training?
By the end of the "School Effectiveness" training, you will have mastered the core aspects of ELT management, including:
- Leadership and Change Management: Leading teams effectively and navigating organizational change.
- Conflict Resolution and Performance Management: Addressing challenges and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Quality Assurance and Accreditation: Building a culture of quality and navigating accreditation processes.

When and Where Will the Training Take Place?
- 21 July- 10 August 2025 (Full Online – 48 Hours)
- Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (for 3 weeks)
- 2 hours in the morning + 2 hours in the afternoon (total 4 hours/day)
- Time: 10:00-12:00 / 13:30 – 15:30
Two consultancy sessions will be provided within the first four months following the completion of the training.
