Team Spirit and Communication in the Kitchen Workshop
Course content
In the first part of the 3-hour Kitchen Workshop, participants will enter the kitchen with the Le Cordon Bleu Master Chef and learn how to prepare fresh pasta and different sauces. Then, participants will spend half an hour planning the dishes they train with their colleagues. After the break, he entered the kitchen again. They will be preparing meals for their colleagues in mutual groups. At this stage, Team spirit and empathy issues will be supported within the framework of the approach developed by the instructor. At the end of the Kitchen Workshop, they will all taste the pasta they prepared for each other in the restaurant environment. Then, they will attend the instructor's presentation and the "Effective Communication: Understanding and Explaining" training.
